training was fun!!

hahs... went fer training today.. it turned out so fun... hahas.. the physical today rawked.. totally....hahas.. neways we did shuttle runs.. but in a reallie fun way..hahas.. ok.. den after tt rach they all joined us.. but but before that...
me clar toy and cheryl were like tryinh to do this square thing.. that
might help us lose weight..
we were so unsuccessful...

anyways after tt we decided to stop cos we were reallie tired
den we jsut play games.. liek shark nad island..
some shoe game..
yeah.. den daphie they all join us..
den we decided to do that square thing again..
and and.,...
we succeed....
wooo....
yeha..
and after tt me and toy we went plucking flowers...
hahas..
yeah..
den i got tricked by daphie clar and clare.. did some hand stuff..
long story..
but anyways jude said i was fat!...
arrgh
