sleepless nights

its been 2 weeks alr
insomnia is taking a toll on my sleep
tossing and turning in bed
till 4 is now a norm)):
goodness come back to me
i need my sleep!!

bca is finally over!!

unhappy things have been happening
but i cant be much bothered
about it..
used to it i guess.

hopefully the injuries i incurred
during canoe wont dampen my mood
