pride in the name of LOVE

this year's con-camp theme!
really glad i helped out in the camp
it was not only fun but also rewarding spirtually(:
and being a facil
hearing about their experiences during sharing.
some struck me as i have experienced it in one way or another
and reflecting how much i have grown as a catholic.

sessions were also very good!
where we really learnt what love really is
learning about loving our enemies
and how to love and who to love
in a way it really gave me a chance to reflect on
what kind of person i have been and it really gives
me the motivation to reach out to those i dislike in the past
and be a better person.

being a facil it gave me a opportunity to reach out to my
group members. having to like look out for them
and going the extra mile for them!

wanted to go for confession
but i dint feel ready for it.
anyways... the letter writting thingy from the parents
reminds me of when i had my con-camp
how shocked i was to receive a letter frm my family
i dont know how the confirmatants felt
but... i think it really touched them in one way or another

praise and worship was good too(:
really heartwarming to see them enjoying themselves
and i enjoyed myself too((:

and bro mike's talk was really good also!
talking about how GOD is always there for us
what a loving GOD he is and how readily
he will forgive us despite our wrong doings. and
how he will love us no matter what.
and about how fortunate we are to be choosen to
know abt him!
really i feel fortunate to be a catholic(:
and im PROUD to be one((:

not only have i brought home a stronger faith
but also a stronger bond of friendships
i dont want to go back to reality!
love until it hurts.
how true...
